VGA (computer) to Component (Integra Amp to control BenQ projector)

I am extending my VGA via Cat5e about 100' (already have the Balun), as I am plugging my computer in at one end, and need the other end to plug into my Integra amp (which controls my BenQ projector).    So, I need to go from my computer's VGA -- to a converter box -- to the Integra Amp's Component input (3-RCA).  Suggestions?  This is for my computer to project my PowerPoint presentations via my BenQ 7700.

How do both of those compare with the Audio Authority 1365?  I'd like to get whatever adapter/box I need, without going too cheap where quality is sacrificed, or overkill.
