PC to TC Converter Defect?

  OK, I understand why the image on my tv screen is visable to a DECENCY on pictures and blurry on text, BUT does that also include a TILTED screen or the fact that the screen viewed is CUT OFF on the bottom, left, and top.

BTW, the fine tine button doesn't fine tune at all, it just changed the location of the screen slightly.

I do want to return my items purchased, the PC to TC Converter that I think IS defective, and the RCA Audio Cable which is not defective.

The image on your TV definitely should not be tilted.  That could definitely be caused by a defective unit.  There's also the possibility of incompatibility with your TV.  In this situation i would strongly suggest returning the unit so that it can be tested.  That way we can find out what the problem may be.
