I haven't played a new PC game for what seems like an eternity.  What are some new PC games out there that you like?  What kind of game is it and why do you like it so much?

I'm all about FPS games.  Half-Life 2 and HL2 episode one are amazing games.  Far Cry is also sweet. although both those games are a little older.

Crysis is a game to look out for.  Full DX 10 support and some of the most amazing visuals ever.  Check out some videos on IGN.

I have played Half-life and counter strike and I loved them but I haven't had the chance to play HL2 or the new CS and it is killing me.  Maybe someday.  Crysis also looks like it is going to be pretty sweet.

If you're looking for games that aren't FPS. Command and Conquer 3 is another really cool game.  Also, i'm really excited for Sacred 2 to come out.  It looks like it will be sweet.  The first sacred game was a lot of fun. (once you patched it so it wasn't so buggy  Wink).

I downloaded the demo for C&C3 and it is awesome and a lot of fun to play for as long as my computer doesn't crash.  The game runs too hot for my system and it blue screens and shuts down due to overheating which is a real bummer because I might have gotten it but there is no point anymore.

Wow, haven't ever heard of that issue with the game.  Sounds like you need a better cooling system in your computer.

Transformers The Game - is very interesting one. Because in this game you could destroy almost all objects.

PCGA is among other things working to develop marketing for PC games, combat piracy, developing new business models beyond retail sales, and establishing minimum hardware requirements for PC games.Las vegas hotel

I would say your best bet in my opinion would be to go with either counter-strike which is basically a game that is based on the internet playing other players also on the internet. You need to get alot of practice in though if you want to beat the big boys. The other on would be far cry 3 which should be out soon and looks to be amazing, i've heard nothing but rave reviews for it!!!
