So I'm pretty stoked because I got a MacBook this weekend and let me just say to all the haters: I LOVE IT! And no, I don't own a turtleneck.

I already had an STM Glove that I was using with my old Compaq Presario, but it fits much better on my MacBook and really takes the worry out of transporting my MacBook.

I have noticed that my MacBook heats up quite a bit (I hear that the MacBook Pro's get even hotter!) the cheapest and easiest way to keep it cool is the XPad Laptop Heatshield.  The MacBook fits on the Xpad perfectly and allows air to flow over the heat sink.

Also, this stuff is great for removing scratches from your MacBook.

When I come into some more money, I'll be looking into turning my MacBook into a DVR and other fun stuff like that.

I just unpacked my macbook. Here are some pictures. It's funny that you didnt get any turtlenecks with your Mac. Mine came with three.

One for my wife, one for me, and one for my iguana. I'm just a bit disapointed that they mention that I needed an iguana to use a mac. Maybe I just missed that commercial.

That's only if you are a college student.

They say that college students that don't listen to their professors during class are better at using iPods than most college students.

By the way, if you have a slightly older Mac laptop(one with a PCMCIA slot) then you can add a second monitor using a VTbook. But if you have the expresscard slot like my book up above, then you can use a Belkin Expresscard docking station assuming that Belkin ever makes a driver for Mac(in other words, the belkin unit won't work right now).

I've seen students that don't listen to their professors because they are using their iPods.

Maybe some day the USB to DVI will have Mac support. For now we'll just have to run bootcamp.

Jordan, we all know you take pride in the fact that not as many things work with Macs, but Jon's just trying to show off some good stuff to use with his Mac.

I'm sorry. I get carried away sometimes. Being completely honest, the PCMCIA VTbook is awesome. And it does have Mac drivers. Just make sure you have the slot before you buy it.
