 Dear sir; I purchased this vga unit from you , and the directions tells me if i have an unstable picture on my tv i could damage it, what is the safest way to connect. I just dont want to damage anything, Ihave     a 57 inch hd tv.         Thank you   Wayne colpitts

You will want to make sure that the video you are sending is in a format that is compatible for your TV.  I would recommmend checking your TV documentation to find the compatible resolution settings. 

Typically you can set the VGA output to 1280 x 720 at 60Hz.  That should come through to your TV as a native 720p signal.  If the TV supports 1080p you can set the output to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz.  But again, if you are worried, I would check what the TV supports first.
