Hi
I have moved over to Canada from the UK.
I bought a Mayflash pal to ntsc convertor , so that I can play my UK PS2 on my Canadian NTSC
Got it this morning , connected my UK PS2 to the input and connected the output to the TV.
Unfortunately no luck , signal is still flickering
Looks like the part I ordered is faulty and or it doesnt work  ?

Any ideas ?

cheers
Harry

That problem is usually a result of using the converter on a TV that does not support a 50Hz signal.  The NTSC signal standard is 60Hz, and some TVs ONLY support a 60Hz signal.  As noted on the product information page you need a TV that will do the standard 60Hz, but ALSO support a 50Hz signal.  If your TV doesn't support a 50Hz signal i would recommend trying it on a different TV, but that is most likely the cause of the problem.

If it won't work with your TV you may just want to return the product for a refund.  If you have any other questions let me know. Thanks.
