How do I add a secure page to my site?

I want to add an online sales page but it has to be secure to accept credit card numbers. What is the best ssl certificate to purchase for a small business.

There is a lot of finesse in making recommendations for websites, everything from the programming and scripting languages you are comfortable with, the products you are trying to sell, your hosting company, your client base, your target market etc, etc, etc.

If you are using a web development resource/company that can't easily add secure pages, I'd recommend using a third party solution like Volusion if you are going to try e commerce.  It will take out a lot of the stress and let you focus on selling.
