We did some testing with Fastlynx on a 64 bit version of Windows XP... Here are the results.
The software installs and runs fine. With all of the features.
Transfer methods
USB Worked fine. There was an additional security warning when installing the USB driver, but other than that it ran perfectly.
Network TCP/IP transfer worked with no problems. Just as it does with other versions of Windows.
Parallel Parallel transfers DID NOT work. 64 bit Windows would not install the NT device driver required for parallel transfers.
Serial Serial worked AFTER DISABLING ACELLERATED MODE. (In the "Specify remote configurations" dialog)
Benchmarking, serial diagnostics and other extras worked as well.
We have yet to test the Fastlynx with 64 bit Vista.
If you have any questions or comments, as usual we would love to hear it.
