Fastlynx does work with Vista.  We have tried network TCP/IP, USB, Serial and parallel transfers and have not had any problems.  (yes there are computers with serial/parallel ports that can run Vista)

If you have any problems, feel free to let us know and we can work them through.  And remember, Fastlynx is a per user license, so you can install it on your new computer to transfer all of your files.
