I had two problems installing the ExpressCard to PCMCIA card on my laptop. 

1. I had to switch the card back to A (Macs) instead of B (Windows XP) before the card was recognized.
2. I had to install the SP1 patch (Beta version) before it would install my Sierra 595 broadband modem card.

It would have been helpful if Vista instructions were included in the packaging.
