Not real educated in this area, but here goes.  I have a Gateway notebook with an Express card slot.  I have found out that my Clearwire modem card wont work on this.  Have been told there is an adapter for this.  USB perhaps?  What do I need to do?

The most universal solution we have is the Express card to PCMCIA adapter.  It will work with most computers, and typically works well with most modems.

There are USB adapters, but they only work with specific cards.  We would need to check the actual Card (manufacturer and model) that you got from Clearwire.

The Clearwire PCMCIA card is from Motorola under the brand name of Expedience.

Does that help?

At this time we don't have any specific information about that modem or whether it will work with the adapter.  It may very well work just fine, but we can't guarantee it.  If you'd like to try it, you're more than welcome to.   If it doesn't work you can return it for a refund.

I'm sorry that we don't have any more specific info on that.
