What is the most economical way for me to connect my Mac Mini (DVI-I) output to my HDTV Component (Y-Pb-Pr) input?  More important than cost is ease of use (e.g. I don't want to have to have a separate application for setting up resolution).

One of the best ways to do it is to first attach the DVI-I to VGA adapter that came with the mac mini then use a VGA to Y-Pb-Pr signal converter.  Something like this:
