I have an E6300, currently at stock speeds and on stock cooling.
I used the thermal paste that was already on the cpu hsf.

Can I over clock to around 2.0GHz.

And still be fine?

I have an 80mm intake right next to the cpu.

Thanks.

I would suggest looking over an overclocking guide like the one at xbitlabs. Depending on how cool your cpu is and what settings you can change will help determine how high you can overclock your cpu.

Thanks,
