I recently bought a stand alone tuner and  lcd monitor. I hooked them up and got a "no signal" message on the monitor. I think the problem is probably with the tuner. It's part number is SW-4677.

What inputs have you connected to the tuner?  (Coax, RCA etc.)  Can you get at least VGA pass through?  Have you tested the monitor with another VGA source like a computer or laptop?
