Changing To Pal

We have been living in Canada for 4 years and now going back to Australia can we take our Panasonic 32" back to OZ  I have been told you can buy a gadget to change it to take PAL is this right???.

You can take the TV to australia.  You will need a signal converter to convert whatever you're plugging into the TV to the correct format.  If you take with you DVD players or anything like that from Canada you won't need a converter, because they'll still run the same like they are now.

If you want to plug in a PAL video source that uses the red white yellow RCA connections you can use this converter here:

That should get the signal to the right format to be displayed on your TV.

Remember though, that your Panasonic TV will have to read the 50 Hz PAL signal.  (Check the manual or call Panasonic to find out)
